Viktor Voroncov

My name is Viktor Voroncov. As a child, I always dreamed of becoming a diplomat, but for the son of a military man and an accountant in the USSR, this was an impossible mission. So I started my career as an apprentice printer in a printing house at the age of 17. Two months later, I became a printer, and six months later, a senior printer, and I started earning more with my dirty hands than my parents combined. I enjoyed working with complex technology, I was happy and ready to work in this place until retirement.

What I am most grateful to my parents for is the kick that landed me at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute in the mechanical engineering department. I graduated in 1990 with a degree with honors in mechanical engineering for printing equipment, and I am proud to say that I have worked in my field ever since.

My childhood dream came true – I worked in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Taiwan, Great Britain, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Iceland, Ukraine and Germany. I became a diplomat, engineer, mechanic and teacher. For the last 15 years, I have been working in the scaffolding business, and my knowledge has allowed me to become one of Europe's leading experts in this field. The greatest pleasure in my work as an independent consultant is passing on my knowledge to young people, seeing how businesses grow after my advice, and companies enter new markets and operate there successfully.

In 2023, I started working in Ukraine, and my insider knowledge helps clients start businesses in this country.
