How I can help your business.

Training centres for the EU labour market

Scaffolding and workers at an industrial facility.

For training centres outside the EU that want to prepare skilled tradespeople for employment with European contractors. I help adapt the way your centre trains, assesses and documents practical competence to the needs of a specific trade, destination country and employer.

  • Programme review. Identify gaps between existing courses, expected learning outcomes and the skills required for the intended work.
  • Practical assessment and safety. Review hands-on tasks, assessment criteria and safe working practices so trainees can demonstrate what they can do.
  • Instructor and centre readiness. Review teaching practices, equipment, training conditions and the consistency of assessments.
  • Clear evidence of skills. Improve training records, competence descriptions and job-specific terminology so employers can understand a graduate’s preparation.

The starting point is your target occupation and country. Recognition requirements, employer expectations and permission to work must be considered for that destination.
